More About The Role

We are looking for a student of a post-secondary graphic design program who is super excited about spending their days creating the most shareable, most interesting, and most compelling content on the internet.
 

You’ll spend your days working in our downtown London, ON office. You will work with the Design and Optimization leads to strategize and create scroll-stopping and consistent design projects from digital ads to social posts pitches to presentations. You’ll experience the thrill of working in a fast-paced, booming online media industry while creating designs for one of the largest online audiences, period.
 

The Skills You Need

  • Good understanding of design principles and trends in the digital space.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • The ability to follow both technical and brand guidelines.

  • A keen eye for visual aesthetics and branding; good knowledge of colour systems, and digital file preparation.

  • Well-versed in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator— it’s a bonus if you have After Effects or Photoshop animation experience.

  • Experience working with PowerPoint and Google Slides.

  • Interest and understanding of marketing.

  • Jacked verbal and written communication skills, and you aren’t afraid to flex ’em.

  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to balance many tasks, topics, priorities, and deadlines at once.

  • Strong problem solving skills

  • You are creative and innovative!

  • You handle feedback very well.

  • You not only accept change, but seek it out — the viral space is always changing and so is Diply.

  • You are interested in how things go viral and why.

  • You’re comfortable taking initiative, as well as working in collaboration with others.

  • Active user of social platforms such as Facebook, Snapchat, Pinterest, and Instagram.

  • You’ve been told you have an awesome attitude.
